PCL-Sumo Nitrogen product provides cost effective and flexible revenue generating opportunities for tyre service provides offering high levels of N2 performance, low running costs and long lifetime, all for a moderate capital outlay.
The N2 Generator from PCL Sumo brings the latest in PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) process for Nitrogen Generation to a robust, cost effective and mobile design capable of delivering high levels of N2 purity.
This equipment incorporates the ability to preset the tyre pressure allowing the Operator to automatically inflate four car tyres simultaneously with air or nitrogen to the required level, thus saving time and money.
Using a proprietary software, specially developed for N2 Inflation, the unit converts air to nitrogen in up to four tyres at once with the bespoke software and adjustable purge cycles (settable from 1 to 5), allowing the delivery of consistent high levels of N2 purity in the tyre where it is really needed. The unit incorporates an air and Nitrogen selector so this can act as both an Air Tower where required and at the same time offering at the flick of a lever, the full capability of very efficient high purity and low cost N2 delivery.
